In most cases, weight loss is the first step towards becoming healthy and fit. However, some people (women, in most cases) take weight loss to the extreme. They become so obsessed with losing weight that they engage in unhealthy ways to keep the pounds off.
Too much of anything is not good. This holds true for extreme weight loss; it isn’t good for the skin. Too much weight loss, especially when it happens very rapidly, loosens the skin and leads to the appearance of stretch marks.
